Admin/CS Rep/Logistics Assistant: Greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative & clerical duties. Duties also include, load/s data entry, updates, appoints scheduling & rescheduling, filing and other data entry related to orders and business needs.

Responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders,  includes coordination with vendors, customers, sales, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouse and shippers. Arranges shipment of requested items, goods or merchandise. Also assist other admin staff with overflow work, dispatch, including data entry, billing and internet research tasks.

Requirements: High school or college diploma and 2+ years’ experience in general office admin. Must be strong using the Microsoft Office products. Excellent verbal communication and superb organizational skills, and
attention to details, thrive on multitasking, and can efficiently prioritize tasks. Self-starter and a team player. Enjoys a fast paced environment Typing speed 40+ WPM (certificate required), data entry 6500-8000 SPM.
Computer literate. Must be fluent both in English and Spanish.

Preferred:.
AA degree.

Experience in transportation brokerage/trucking and warehousing industry is a plus.

DRIVER SUPERVISOR/ DISPATCHER;

Job Description

Frugal Logistics, a 3PL  has an immediate opening for a Driver Supervisor / Dispatcher. Operate a variety of communications equipment, including cell phone, satellite tracking and computer dispatching equipment, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Must have working knowledge of West coast and Midwest roadways and highways and PC base computer system. Exp. in the transportation industry strongly preferred. Must be able to show leadership, communicate with customers, manage overtime and accurately communicate important issues with office. Perform safety inspection of the equipment. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.  Must have valid drivers’ license. Drug testing may be required. Computer literate. Must be fluent both in English and Spanish.

Education & Skill Requirements: High school, AA or  College Degree Preferred Minimum two years’ experience Courier or TL trucking

Experience in transportation brokerage/trucking and warehousing industry is a plus and CS/admin

Excellent Math skills, data entry and typing and solid computer skills

Solid organization and decision-making sills
